


UHP system is our DIPS series ultra high pressure waterjet pump cutting system made using advanced American and German technologies. It has been CE certified and has obtained over 20 patents. The UHP system can continuously operate for 24 hours, and its pressure is still very stable. An automatic self-diagnosis system is also equipped to provide complete protection.
Some more detailed information is as follows.
1. Complete filter system and protection devices
(1) Hydraulic system has double filtering functions. Therefore, the system is well protected and its working life is prolonged.
(2) Before water entering waterjet pump, a three-tier filter does elimination to particles with diameters of 5μm, 1μm and 0.45μm.
(3) The hydraulic system is equipped with an oil temperature detector. If the temperature is higher than 60 degrees, the whole system will shut down automatically.
(4) All the parameters of the machine are showed on instrument panel.
(5) Our UHP system has an alarm system. It will alarm in the following circumstances,
A. the water pressure is lower than threshold of low pressure,
B. the water pressure is higher than threshold of ultra high pressure,
C. oil filter is blocked,
D. oil temperature is abnormal,
E. the hydraulic pressure is exceeded.
(6) On ultra high pressure part, UHP system uses an explosive pipe. When water pressure is anomalously higher and out of control, the explosive pipe will safely explode.
2. Superior sealing system
(1) Low pressure oil pipe uses imported C-type conical connector, which is able to resist pressure up to 40 Mpa. The high pressure pipe adopts strengthened conical seal, which is reliable and secure.
(2) A high pressure sealing ring made of imported reinforced nylon is applied for dynamic sealing. It has a lifetime of 400 hours.
(3) UHP system specially utilizes ceramic piston shaft, which is high pressure and t abrasion resistant.
