The intensifier UHP waterjet cleaning system is one of our most popular products. It can run continuously for 24 hours, and its water pressure still keeps stable. Its key components all apply American and German technology. In addition, an automatic self-diagnosis system is also equipped to provide a complete protection. Some more detailed information is as follows.
1. Complete filter system and excellent protection system
(1) Hydraulic system does two-time oil filtering to wipe out pollutants. Therefore, the system is well protected and its working life is prolonged.
(2) Before water entering waterjet pump, a three-tier filter does elimination to particles with diameters of 5μm, 1μm and 0.45μm.
(3) UHP waterjet cleaning system is equipped with an oil temperature monitor. If the temperature is higher than 60 degrees, the whole system will stop working.
(4) All the parameters of the machine are showed on instrument panel.
(5) The UHP waterjet cleaning system has a multilevel alarm system. It will give alarms in the following circumstances
A. the water pressure is lower than threshold of low pressure,
B. the water pressure is higher than threshold of ultra high pressure,
C. oil filter is blocked,
D. oil temperature is abnormal,
E. the hydraulic pressure is exceeded.
(6) On ultra high pressure part, UHP waterjet cleaning system uses explosive pipe. When water pressure is anomalously higher and out of control, explosive pipe will safely explode.
2. Good high pressure, low pressure sealing system
(1) Low pressure oil pipe adopts imported C-type conical connector. This connector is durable, easy to maintain and can resist pressure up to 40 Mpa.
(2) The high pressure sealing ring made of imported reinforced nylon is adopted for dynamic sealing, with a lifetime of 400 hours.
(3) The ultra high pressure pipe applies strengthened conical seal, which is secure and reliable.
(4) UHP waterjet cleaning system utilizes ceramic piston shaft, which features great pressure and abrasion resistance.
