1. High pressure protection
1) Pressure output can be adjusted by a pressure valve.
2) This UHP waterjet cleaning system has dual high pressure protection. It can protect the system automatically against ultra high pressure up to 300 Mpa.
a) Our UHP waterjet cleaning system is equipped with low pressure sensor. If it detects water pressure is lower than the required level, the sensor will give an alarm and then the whole system will shut down.
b) Our equipment has a relief valve. If the water pressure inside is higher than the required level, the valve will start releasing the pressure.
3) The UHP waterjet machine also has dual inspection and protection function. Hence, our system will also stop working if filter unit is blocked or water is inadequate.

2. A complete water supply and filter system
1) Our UHP waterjet cleaning system has a two-tier filtering system. It can eliminate particles with diameters of 5um and 1 um.
2) Oil pressure system has a self cooling device for operating stability.
3) The pump head of the UHP waterjet cleaning system has a water cooled system. It can also make our system stable and reliable.

3. Instrument panel
Our UHP waterjet cleaning system has an excellent instrument panel to show parameters of the system.
1) Water temperature,
2) High water pressure,
3) Oil temperature, which is used to judge whether oil temperature of decelerator exceeds standard value,
