UHP Waterjet Cleaning System

UHP waterjet cleaning system uses high speed water stream to wipe out dirt. Waterjet cleaning is accomplished by forcing a large volume of pressurized water (40000 PSI or 300 Mpa) through many jewel nozzles which are driven to rotate by pressure, causing water to form UHP rotating jet streams of multiple angles and intensities.

Compared with traditional cleaning devices, UHP waterjet cleaning system is faster, cleaner, more efficient and environmentally friendly. This system can clean up dirt on different surfaces and inside apparatus. It can also wipe out blockades and debris, resulting in a clean, smooth finish. During the whole cleaning process, no chemicals and solutions is needed. Hence, those expensive protections against chemicals are also unnecessary.

Major applications
1. Oil and chemical industry
UHP waterjet cleaning system is widely used in chemical industry. It can clean up the following objects,
(1) Normal heat exchanger tubes,
(2) U tubes,
(3) Shells of floating-head heat exchanger and finned tubes of air-cooled heat exchanger,
(4) Reacting kettles, and interior of tower tank,
(5) Surfaces of large oil tank.
2. Thermal power generation
UHP waterjet cleaning system is also applied in thermal power generation system. It can wipe out dirt and debris in the following equipment,
(1) Rubber cover of water-cooled chiller,
(2) Large stream turbine and its shells,
(3) Different kinds of air preheater and chillers.
3. Aeronautical industry
UHP waterjet cleaning system also has many applications in the aeronautical industry. It can clean

4. Shipbuilding industry
